Hello! I’m Norbu, a passionate Tibetan language teacher with a deep academic background and years of experience guiding students toward fluency. I hold a Bachelor’s (Shastri) degree from the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies and a Master’s degree from the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology in Gangtok, Sikkim, specializing in Tibetan Culture, Literature, Buddhist Philosophy, and English Language.
For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Tibetan to non-native speakers, helping more than 500 students master Classical and Standard Tibetan, as well as colloquial speech, grammar, reading, and calligraphy. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, my approach is tailored to your goals and learning style, making Tibetan pronunciation, daily usage, and fluency accessible and engaging.
